Biodynamics is an incredible method for developing the mind-body connection and attuning to the natural, organizing rhythms of nature. This advanced module features four different Biodynamic sessions that will cultivate specific aspects of the energy system: nervous, lymphatic, digestive and musculoskeletal. Because of the length and specificity of each session, we will be gaining access to deeply held tension in the soma. These sessions will not only be useful to experience but will also provide a template for continued practice and cultivation. In addition, we'll explore ways to listen to the Biodynamic rhythms and the breath of life.
