Personal evolution can be quite challenging, especially when we are invested in a particular perspective. How can we move ourselves beyond one-sided thinking, born of opposition? Obvious or not, every perspective has an opposite, its polarity! The healing process - coming to wholeness - requires the resolution of these internal polarities. Each and every one of our narrow perspectives are ‘grist for the mill’ to be identified, expanded and healed.
 
In this guided meditation and energy healing workshop we will learn how to use polarity as a processing technique. Understanding how to use polarity for healing is a powerful method for self-transformation and transmuting experience. Indeed, it may very well be the greatest resource for balancing the psyche and discovering completeness within ourselves.
