Join Keith & Christabel this October in enchanting Yelapa for 7 days of powerful healing and transformation, delicious food, magical experiences and incredible people.

A Unique Destination
”One of the few remaining places on earth where the original inhabitants still reside on, own, and control their own land.”
A peaceful, secluded ocean-front venue nestled in the jungle.
Yelapa is home to beautiful beaches, a 60 foot high waterfall, a quaint authentic pueblo, and plenty of beautiful trails to hike and explore. Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Madre, it is accessible only by boat, a 40 minute ride from Puerto Vallarta.
As a comunidad indigena, Yelapa is a land grant or reservation legally set aside and protected for its indigenous people. The land is held collectively by the community.
It offers a unique oasis of pristine beaches and countless adventures,
the perfect place to reconnect with your self!

Taking Your Healing & Transformation Seriously.
We've been waiting a long time for this! Finally, an in-person immersion experience in an ideal setting; beautiful natural surroundings, healthy delicious food, stellar activities and community. These are the perfect conditions for deep healing work and rejuvenation. We are truly excited for this in-person experience in such a stunning environment. Together we will take a deep-dive into our internal landscapes through various methods. This retreat will be deeply experiential along with ample skill development. We’ll be using the natural resources available to us, enabling our practice to synergize with the environment. The program will consist of three sections in any given day: morning, afternoon and evening.
Morning practice will be a combination of meditation, energy healing, breathwork and crystal healing. Working with crystals will be a highlight as we shift our fields through the coherency of the earth element. Crystals possess tremendous potency and we’ll be providing each participant with a crystal set, customized for the retreat. You’ll learn how to work with crystals in different configurations and a variety of types will be explored. Next to energy healing, crystals may be the most potent way to make changes in our energy field.
Afternoon practice will be about working hands-on with others. Not only on tables, but also in the water! The center has a natural heated saltwater pool that can support many groupings at the same time. Hands-on healing is an artform, we’ll be learning ways to work with the body that are highly effective. The hands-on work will emphasize the water element, and support the body as it reorganizes in response to changes in the field. We’ll build from working one-on-one, to larger groups; if you’ve never experienced multiple people working on you at once, you’re in for a treat!
Evenings will be a time to explore ceremony; the power of ritual and intention in a group setting. We will explore “circle-work” where individuals receive a healing session with the support of the whole group. We’ll make use of communication, the voice, energy healing, crystals, vibrational essences and shamanic sananga (optional) and more. We will invite spontaneity, creativity and the intelligence of the moment. Humorous, dramatic, awakening and healing all at once.
One evening highlight will be a customized temazcal ceremony with local shamans. This ancestral sweatlodge ceremony gifts us with deep physical healing as we release the toxins in our body, relax our muscles and support our respiratory system with healing herbs. Drums, rattles and medicine songs will bring us spiritual and emotional healing, as we balance the masculine and feminine energy, connect with our ancestors and our inner child, healing wounds from the past and present. A copal cleanse and tobacco offering are also included. We will share this medicine as a family, connecting in love and peace.

"Immersion experiences serve as the ideal format for growth. Away from our familiar environment, we’re effortlessly engaged with the novelty of each moment. Combining potent practices with the support of experienced facilitators and community makes big changes possible in a short amount of time. This retreat setting is ideal for transformation work, and we’ll make sure to enjoy each and every moment!"
Keith & Christabel
We'll be actively engaged with each person throughout the retreat, giving individualized attention throughout the practices. Where mornings will focus on the energy field, the afternoons will address how the body can reorganize, and the evenings will be exploratory and fun. The program for the retreat is incredibly dynamic, integrative and engaging. We trust it will be an experience to remember! There are things which can be done in-person that are simply unavailable online, so we very much look forward to this opportunity to be together. This retreat promises depth of experience, learning and community building.
Please note a detailed schedule will be provided to attendees. The arrival day is Sunday 22 October (opening ceremony in the evening), a full daily programme will operate 23-27 October, departure is Saturday 28 October (closing ceremony in the morning). There will be an afternoon/evening off during the retreat for participation in optional day trips or local sightseeing and enjoying the surrounding environment. That same day there will also be a group Mexican fiesta night out in the village complete with homemade tortillas and local cuisine!

Discover the magic of Yelapa
Adventure guaranteed
Optional trips include experiencing the breathtaking secluded beach of Majahuitas. We can take a boat out with snorkel equipment to look at the fish and other wildlife native to the area. Afterwards, we'll visit a private and secluded white sand beach to relax and sunbathe...
There is also an option to hike to a nearby stunning waterfall with natural pools; a leisurely two hour hike from our venue where we can go as a group to enjoy the natural healing properties of the water and explore the surrounding jungle.

Getting there
Our week long retreat is located at the stunning Pura Vida Wellness Center. Pura Vida in Spanish means pure life. That is the mantra and intention of this incredible center located on the ocean, just steps from the quiet and secluded Isabel beach on the South side of the bay.
Getting there is an easy and picturesque journey. The closest airport to Yelapa is Puerto Vallarta (PVR) - only a 2 hour flight from Los Angeles. Puerto Vallarta Airport is a 20-25 minute taxi ride from the water taxi port at Playa Muertos. It is then just a 40 minute boat ride to Yelapa. Since Yelapa is only accessible by boat, it is important to make sure that you arrive into Puerto Vallarta no later than 3pm on Sunday 22 October in order to catch the boat taxi.
